Checklist!

Dear Participants,

Kindly look through this checklist and start packing your stuff!
Feel free to feel excited for the very coming MASC 2010!
Haven't got yourself a luggage? Go get one and stuff all these things into it! =)

CHECKLIST:

1) Attire

• Track Bottom (sufficient for 3 days)
• Sport shoes
• Formal shoes
• Party's shoes
• Formal Attire (Day 1)
• Party Costume
• Casual Attire (sufficient for 3 days)

2) Toiletries

3) Bedsheets

4) Umbrella / Raincoat

5)Documents (needed during registration)

• Proof of Payment
• IC
• Students ID
• At least 2 hard copy of Resume

The things that we will provide:

1) Two MASC 2010 T-Shirt
2) Pillow

Kindly be reminded that the convention dinner this year comes with the theme of R&B Year End Party
(R&B - Red & Black)
So, give yourself some time to go do some shopping. Grab the attire that you feel most nice! But kindly be reminded that it's Red and Black! =) 

The more detailed version of the checklist will be uploaded soon. Also the sample of the proper attire that you should wear in the Year End Party.

Before this, the organizing committee would like to remind you about some documents that you need to bring during 14 December 2010 for verification purpose.

Documents include:

• Your Identification Card ( IC)
• Your Student I.D.
• Your Proof of Payment in hard copy
• Your resume in hard copies

Do not forget to bring all these documents!!

Remember to keep your bank slip and print out your resume! =)

Flow of Registration

To all participants who want to register for MASC 2010,

This will be the flow if you want to register.

Firstly you have to do online application in UMAC official website: http://www.umac.um.edu.my/ or you can also apply it here in this blog.

After submitting the registration form,

Participants are required to send in a resume to masc10@live.com, with the subject title - ''MASC 2010 - Your full name as shown in IC''. (eg: MASC 2010 - Edward Lee Kok How)
Please take note that participants need to send in the resume within 3 days upon registered. Otherwise, your registration will be canceled.

The organising committee will send you a letter of confirmation within 3 days after your registration and after you have submitted your resume.
If you do not receive any letter of confirmation after 5 days, please let us know through email at masc10@live.com.

All the details regarding payment of registration will be told in the confirmation email.
And you will need to inform us the details of your payment as being told in the confirmation email.
Upon receiving the confirmation email regarding your payment, your registration is then completed and congratulation! You are successfully registered for this convention!

And we will see you in MASC 2010!!! =D

MASC is opened for registration now!!

Dear friends~!!! It's finally 10.10.10 today!! 

MASC is now officially opened for registration until 01.11.10~

Please register earlier as there are only 300 seats available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration can only be done online, either in MASC official blog or MASC official website.

After submitting your registration form, participants are required to send in a resume to masc10@live.com, with the subject title - ''MASC 2010 - Your full name as shown in IC''. (eg: MASC 2010 - Edward Lee Kok How)

Please take note that participants need to send in the resume within 3 days upon registered. Otherwise, your registration will be canceled.
The resume is for the perusal of our sponsors and partners (eg: GradMalaysia). 
The organizing committee will keep your resume confidential

Here's a Sample of Resume for your reference. Please take note that it's only for reference, you need not to follow the sample given fully. Resumes in any standard formats are acceptable.

The organizing committee will send you a letter of confirmation within 3 days after your registration.
